Sir nuuna
nuuna notebooks in the traditional London bookshop Foyles
Last week, the Queen visited Frankfurt. Unfortunately, she only went to see the “Römer“ and Paul’s Church. There was not enough time for a quick visit to Sachsenhausen or our nuuna store in Brückenstraße 66.
Nonetheless, we kind of received a knightly accolade — Foyles, London’s traditional book store, is now selling nuuna notebooks. If you are bound for London, you should pay a visit to Foyles, preferably to the legendary shop in Charing Cross Road.
Sadly, the store seemed to have lost some of its eccentric charm with the death of the owner Christina Foyle. Before that, Foyles was famous (and notorious) for its extravagant practices, such as sorting the books after publishers instead of themes or authors. We think that is a real pity — having missed the queen however, not so much.
